Gatehouse Zhengyangmen<\/p>\n

This 42 meters tall gatehouse is situated to the south of Tiananmen Square and once guarded the southern entry into the Inner City. Zhengyangmen was first build during the\u00a0Ming dynasty in the early years of the 15th century.
